Tic Tac Toe: Grand Collection ("the app") is a collection of Tic Tac Toe variants that runs entirely on your device.

Data collection

The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

Data stored locally

The app stores the following information locally on your device only, using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage:

• Game progress and board state, so you can resume a game in progress
• Win/loss statistics
• App settings (sound, music, haptics preferences)

None of this data ever leaves your device, and it is deleted if you delete the app.

In-app purchases

The app offers an optional one-time "Unlock All" purchase. This purchase is processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit — the app never sees or stores your payment information, and no purchase data is shared with the developer beyond what Apple provides for purchase verification on your own device.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
